In 2012, she founded TUDOR COMMUNICATIONS, an internationally awarded agency.
In 2021, Mihaela revolutionized PR in Romania by launching the first virtual PR assistant, 2Value, designed to simplify the relationship between entrepreneurs and journalists through the digitalization of media communication.
In 2023, she founded the Association for Solidarity and Equality and initiated the #WeAreHalf campaign, dedicated to gender and economic equality.
Mihaela is also the Global Vice President of the European Women’s Association (EWA), where she supports female entrepreneurship worldwide.
In 2024, she launched the TudoPR application, an innovative digital tool with integrated AI, offering accessible PR services to small and medium-sized companies and the opportunity to promote themselves efficiently and optimally.
