CONTEXT

When we met Dr. Ionuț Leahu, owner & manager, he owned a clinic in the Floreasca area and rented a practice in Nusco Tower, Pipera. He was looking for ways to promote himself so that more and more patients would know about his services. We resonated with him from the beginning, seeing in him the same values and principles as ours. In our first discussions, we immediately noticed his ambition and talent for explaining medical concepts in a way that everyone could understand, coupled with his lack of any fear of coming forward. We started our communication strategy by building on these strengths. And we set out to try something completely different in terms of promotion. To focus on brand journalism. That is, in this case, to create useful news that addresses the public’s concerns, supporting them with actionable, prevention-focused information that we can disseminate through media channels with large and diverse audiences.

STRATEGY

Our goal was to increase brand awareness and build the image of the doctor-friend who provides useful information for patients to consider prevention as a lifestyle, the doctor who gives without asking for something in return. We also aimed to represent the image and the real concerns of Dr. Ionuț Leahu, which, however, until that moment, did not have the right form and the right distribution channels identified.

Right from the first months, the reaction of the public was perceived by the client as good, having also the first patients following the materials disseminated. We continued, intensifying our efforts in the same direction.
